How hot!!

It's so hot and humid, I'm not sure how much more I can take of this, I've just been down town for a spot of shopping and I'm totally warn out, one good thing as come of this it's fab weather for drying clothes! But who wants to where clothes when it's hot?? To cool myself off last night I had a foot spa with ice and then I had a cold bath, it was very effective and did the job. I'm just off to go swimming now I will do anything to try and stay cool and not swell up like a beachball but I Seem to be fighting a losing battle.
