Two Happy Birthdays

Happy Birthday to my very good and very special friend Jo & my brother in law David.

Jo hope you have a wicked 26th Birthday, all them years we were at school I was gutted because I was the youngest now I love it...... I'm the spring chicken! what ever you get up to have a great time, now don't drink too much Adrian alcohol because we would not want you to get a visit from uncle chunder.

David well Ive know you for five years now and I can still remember Daniel telling me he was buying you the Five album for your 14th birthday my my how your taste in music has changed. Hope you have a brilliant 19th Birthday Don't get drunk and If you do, don't be sick, as I quote your dad "remember what I told you about being sick" David what did he tell you?

My little Angel

I'm such a mean mummy! Siobhan is my play thing and I use her for my own amusement as you can see from the above picture.
I can't believe it's Wednesday all ready the week is rushing by, Monday Caught up with house work and made so soup (butter nut squah, sweet potato and sweed soup) oh and also put the napkins in between the plates for Sunday. Yesterday I was kinda a lady of leisure I did go and get Siobhan weighed, she is now 11lbs 16oz, then caught put with my friend Claire and did lunch in Cambridge.
Today I have baby club oh and more house work.

Weekend

We put our Christmas decorations up Friday and the house is all cosy, I wrapped up all the Christmas presents too, how efficient am I.
Spent a lot of the weekend watching films, Bad Santa, what an odd film I think I was offended by it and Christmas with the Kranks, to go along with the Christmas theme......
For a little update I did not get the promotion a little gutted as it would have been a top job to have.....

Now for something a bit random....... Neighbours why on earth do they keep making reference to little Britain, first off Max Hoyland said to Paul Robinson as his card was declined " computer says no" and then Rachel Kinsky says to Susan Kinsky nee Kennedy (ohhhh change the name but not the letter always for worse and never for better) " Yeah but no, but yeah, but no" whats going on!

what a kerfuffle

I was so proud of the fact that I had sorted my outfit for Fifi's christening for under £20! however yesterday I decided that it was not that nice after all! after trawling the Internet I found a top ( that my mummy liked too) that goes with the necklace and shoes I brought! so I went to Ely today on a little shopping trip and picked it up all I can say now is perfect... I also went into Wilkinson's(love that shop) and baby wipes were on buy 1 get 1 free so it was a great day all round.
This week I am giving the house a very good tidy up as this coming weekend we are putting up the Christmas decorations, a little early I know but the next weekend when I should put them up I will be a bit busy with all the party prep.... but I can feel Christmas in the air.. all the lights are on in town and the adverts are on the telly........ however not see the coca cola one yet!
oh I'm getting excited.......

upside down

Siobhan has recently discoved that by putting her head back she can see thing upside down, she finds this very amusing. Siobhan got weighed this week and is now 11lbs 5oz. Had my interview yesterday which I feelt went well, I said all I wanted to say, I had a project too that was ok ish... Will find out mid next week the outcome so fingers crossed!

A busy week

Daniel has left me for 2 days, he is in Manchester for a sales meeting In the mean time I feel like a headless chicken so I have put together a day by day list of things to do.... and that has seamed to sort things out. Ive got an interview for a promotion this week and Siobhan has her last set of injections to name a few things.....
I'm starting to feel Christmasy what with all the Adverts on telly and the shops with all the lights. Ive done most of the Christmas shopping and have written out most of the cards so I think I'm on top of it all.

Howdy!

It's been a while and for all my avid fans I am sorry. This entry is dedicated to Daniels mum as I think she could possibly be our number one blog fan!

OK think think....... what have I been doing! casting my mind back to Halloween..... oh yes we had loads of trick or treaters and the kids were dressed up a bit rubbish I found it all very funny, our friends popped over with there little boys and took them over to the American side however by the time they got there most of the houses had run out of "candy" and the only person who did have some gave them some penny sweets, like cola bottles that were not in any type of bag...... NICE!

Wednesday was my first day at a new mums club, there are some very yummy mummies there including me!(one lady had some Dior shoes!) I'm just on the few last pages of my yummy mummy survival guide so I know all about yummy mummyness! I was nice just to have a chit chat with some normal people.

Last time I had Siobhan weighed she was 10lbs 11oz she is still rather titchy for 18 weeks I now believe how small she is (Ironic really) she was smaller that a 10 week old baby and today while taking some photos I put her In a pretty dress that is for a new born.... I am still partly breast feeding however for the past 3 weeks she has been on two formula bottles a day in hope to bulk her up a bit. Siobhan is due to be weighed next week so I will let you know if my little turkey is getting fatter for Christmas.

Friday we went to Chris and Jo's Bonfire/firework party and Carly and her friend was there. Carly you were tipsy (not drunk) you were slurring your words, but your friend who I'm sorry I can't remember her name was lovely( say hi for us). The fire works we took were a bit naff but Chris's ones were dead good they were like the proper ones that you see at a proper fireworks display they made us all go ohhhhh ahhhh and we all clapped at the end!

We had a quiet weekend I went to the new mums club for a second time on Wednesday, we got a talk form the oral hygienist and had a good old chin wag with the yummy mummies. Siobhan loves to get out and about and is mesmerised by the other baby's.

Siobhan rolls over at every opportunity now as soon as I put her down off she goes.....
